“A matter of justice”

NPA
New Peoples Army guerillas march in Davao City to celebrate the 48th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of the Philippines on December 26, 2016.

UMALUHOKAN

This is the cause of injustice to those ignorant persons especially in the mountains where the New Peoples’ Army (NPAs) are hiding because they are being convinced by the  NPAs that the Philippine government is the cause of their misery and are victimizing and causing their poverty.  That is why all are convinced that the NPA insurgency cannot be solved militarily but by social means.  First, roads have to be built so that progress will follow in the rebel infested area.  The legal front of the  National Democratic Front (NDF) is legal but clearly support  Jose Maria Sison.  The National People’s Army is the counterpart of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The Philippine National Police (PNP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Criminal Investigation Division  Group (CIDG), and other law enforcement agencies should be coordinated in solving this insurgency problem once and for all.  This is more a battle for the mind of the people.  The best weapon of any government is not military.  History has proven that strong governments have fallen, not because these were weak militarily, but because of the injustices they have committed against their own people. The peoples’ believe that there is compartmentalized justice: one for the rich and there is justice for the poor.  Unfortunately, this is the reality.  Rich people can afford to have the best legal minds.  They can bribe judges and other government officials.  The poor have no money to bribe or to put up a bailbond.

Former President Estrada was convicted of plunder but he was granted absolute pardon by Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.  The charges against Pres. Gloria M. Arroyo was dismissed by the Supreme Court for lack of evidence.  Only the chief of staff was convicted with the PORK BARREL SCAM. Senator Jinggoy Estrada was acquitted for lack of evidence as well.  President Ferdinand Marcos and his family are still free. They were never convicted of graft and corruption.

Some people lose their faith in God because of the fact that the Marcoses, the Estradas, and Macapaga-l Arroyos are back in power.

How can we explain these to the people?  BUT THAT’S THE WAY IT IS.
