P500K bounty for Dungog’s killers

Local businessmen and the provincial government have offered a bounty of P 500, 000 to any informant that can help identify the suspects responsible in the cold blooded murder of Board Member Miguel Dungog in broad daylight.

The late Dungog is a Certified Public Accountant and have dealings with businessmen in the professional level. He was also an officer of the National Bureau of Investigation.

Meanwhile, the Special Investigation Task Group Dungog convened at Dumaguete City Police Station led by the Chief-of-Police Supt. Gregorio Galsim, PIDMB to conduct a thorough investigation for the shooting to death of Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

SITG is looking for possible angles that will lead to identification of persons of interest on the said killing. As of today the SITG conducted a conference at NORPPO Conference Room to determine the necessary requirements for the filing of appropriate case in court.

Governor Degamo, Dungog’s colleagues in the Provincial Board and members of the family gave emotional speeches during the necrological service held Tuesday at the provincial Capitol. Dungog was buried in his hometown of Siaton.
