SUMCFI’s new Vice President for administrative services

Silliman University Medical Center Foundation, Inc. welcomes Atty. Tabitha Espinosa-Tinagan as the new Vice-President for Administrative Services effective April 1, 2019.

Atty. Tinagan brings with her a wealth of experience having served as Dean of the College of Business Administration and the School of Public Affairs and Governance of Silliman University for a combined total of 16 years and as Director of the Silliman University Government Affairs (SUGA) for 8 years. As a faculty, her field of expertise is on taxation, business law, and obligations and contracts. She is a Trainor-Facilitator in DOH-7’s Health Leadership and Governance Program (HLGP).

The scope of the VP for Administrative Services includes Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Facilities and Maintenance, and Logistics and Support Services. She will also concurrently serve as the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) of the Hospital.
